Asset security

Every washer and dryer we deliver has a GPS tracker built in and hidden inside the unit. It confirms the equipment is still at your approved installation address and helps us recover it if it ever goes missing. It never monitors you or anything inside your home.

The tracker is sealed in and can't be removed or switched off. Only one of our approved technicians can open or service that part of the machine. If anyone else removes or tampers with it, we'll have to collect the appliance and deliver a replacement, and additional fees apply under your rental agreement.
